G7x Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the g7x platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using any part of the g7x platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and g7x as the platform operator. They apply to all services available through the g7x website, including Sports Betting, slots, blackjack, Live Casino, and all other platform functions.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the g7x platform. By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. g7x reserves the right to request identity documents for age verification purposes at any time.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the g7x platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Verification
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the g7x platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. g7x may request identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or bank statement at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. g7x will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of login credentials to third parties.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the g7x support team immediately at [email protected]. Users should log out of their account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
General User Responsibilities
- Users are not permitted to use the g7x platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools that manipulate or interfere with platform operations is strictly prohibited.
- Users are not permitted to share accounts, transfer accounts, or allow any other party to access or use their account.
- Any attempt to exploit bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities within the platform's systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws in their place of residence.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the g7x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). g7x supports deposits and withdrawals via local bank transfer (FPX) and recognised Malaysian e-wallets. No currency conversion fees apply, as all accounts are operated in RM.
Deposits to your g7x account are processed within minutes, depending on your chosen payment method. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 business hours once submitted and all verification requirements have been met.
G7x reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity. In such cases, the platform may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and held in their own name. g7x will not process withdrawals to a bank account belonging to a third party. Any amount deposited in error cannot be reclaimed once the transaction is complete.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and may vary by payment method. Users are advised to check the current limits in their account settings. g7x reserves the right to adjust deposit and withdrawal limits at any time without prior notice.

Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
G7x Liability Limits
The g7x platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and g7x makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or technical errors. g7x shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
G7x is not liable for any damages arising from internet disruptions, user device failures, cyberattacks on infrastructure outside the platform's control, or any circumstances beyond g7x's reasonable control (including natural disasters, power outages, and the like).
G7x's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
G7x reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user breaches any term herein, engages in fraudulent activity, provides false information during registration, or takes any action that undermines the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any remaining balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, g7x reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the suspected violation.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact g7x support via email. Voluntary closures will be processed within seven (7) business days, and any valid remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method.
Platform Intellectual Property
All content on the g7x platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, designs, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of g7x or its third-party licensors.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, republish, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from g7x. Use of g7x brand names, logos, or marketing materials for personal or commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users to g7x may be used by the platform without any obligation to compensate the user in question.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The g7x platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. g7x is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of any such third-party websites or services. Users access third-party services at their own risk.
G7x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or to your registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a competent tribunal or court in Malaysia. The Bahasa Melayu version of this document is the authoritative and binding version.
